⬤ 01. Structure of this Master Degree
The Master of Business Administration (Brussels) encourages you to compile a unique programme by choosing a track and two electives. Each track consists of three courses. The track and electives all help you to deepen and broaden your critical skill set. Additional courses on leadership skills, ethics, sustainability and corporate responsibility are also offered. Finally you will pursue your Master’s thesis.
  • During your programme you will be in contact with different international businesses via projects, guest lectures and real-life case studies.
  • With emphasis on decision-making, teamwork, time management and communication skills, you will acquire managerial skills for an international career.
  • You will benefit from the strength of diversity on the course, meeting and working closely with students from other cultures and nationalities.

As a Master of Business Administration you are well prepared to take up a position in a wide range of national and international companies and sectors. Depending on your own personal interests and career goals, a master's degree in Business Administration will give you access to positions in purchasing, sales, marketing, production control, planning and budgeting, financial management, ICT, banks and insurance companies, the civil service, the European institutions, or you can start your own company.

KU Leuven’s Master of Science in Business Administration programme is designed to challenge students to think, perform and grow towards a successful launch of their careers and to prepare them to move on to leadership positions – from supervisory to more senior roles – in entrepreneurial start-ups, multinational companies or non-profit organisations. The programma’s design allows students to tailor their individual programmes to their own preferences and ambitions.
