I'm a founder from Flanders, building technology for the way cities move. What began as SMOVE.CITY — a bikeshare platform for cities, now a travel app live in 144 of them — has grown into a body of work spanning mobility intelligence, property and legal software, and a heritage estate in Flanders.
Together with my dad, Noel Kindt, our family company acquired the Belvedere Domain on the summit of the Kemmelberg, a heritage landmark marked by both world wars. It anchored a decade of hands-on work in real estate, construction and conservation, and even put me in court representing our business.
A Bachelor and Master of Science in Business Administration at KU Leuven, plus an exchange at Hanyang University in Seoul, the school known for producing CEOs.
As one of the first team members of UberEats in Brussels, I helped launch multiple cities and saw up close how a global platform scales street by street.
I earned a Masters in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Vlerick Business School, a programme that included a Silicon Valley disruption tour and a start-up accelerator.
I founded Freel at the forefront of the micromobility revolution, starting with mechanical kick scooters and evolving to connected ones. My first company, and a crash course in hardware, operations and regulation.
I founded SMOVE.CITY as an electric bikeshare and data analytics platform for cities — built to give people better ways to move and cities better data to plan with.
I host The Early Days of Micromobility Podcast, long-form conversations with the people shaping how cities move — guests have included Dott co-founder Maxim Romain, CoMotion founder John Rossant and Brussels mobility minister Elke van Den Brandt.
